It took us a whole year to come up with the perfect recipe, with botanicals that evoke memories from our past, including vanilla, which has been scientifically proven to trigger the Proustian effect.

It’s all about the process of finding flavours able to evoke memories from our past and also flavours that can create a sensory experience and leave a powerful imprint on one’s memory.
For us, gin isn't just gin - it's a PASSION. And when it comes to our gin, this passion has driven us to create a recipe with this crazy idea of triggering a Proustian effect, inspired by the French author Marcel Proust, who famously described how taste can trigger a flood of memories.
But as we delved deeper into the ART of memory/distillation, we discovered that taste is a powerful tool for capturing the essence of a moment and imprinting it on the mind.

Only the heart of the distillation, the purest part, is selected. After five distillations, we carry out a sixth one in which we add pure vanilla to give it the sumptuousness which completes our recipe.

It’s a process with a high level of commitment and dedication, with extreme care for our product, using natural botanicals to achieve an exceptionally smooth result.
